Our room was good-sized with shower, a bunch of mosquitos. The central location and amiable staff were the highlight of this very good stay.

The hotel is perfect, beds are comfy, bathroom is spotlessly clean. the double room is cheap and has a refrigerator, air conditioner, and a work desk. the property's location is magnificent and the staff are very-very nice. Plus, it is also close to the train station.

I stayed at Cristina House in early July. The Owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic, but it was both unique and convenient to have a shower and sink right in the room. There is a shared toilet down the hall, but not many rooms sharing and it is kept immaculate so that was fine. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels left daily. They also had air conditioning and free wifi with great reception. Good breakfast with fantastic coffee! Location is a 10-15 min walk from most major sites. Overall good value and a perfect stop for solo travellers on a budget.

Had a real good stay here. The hotel was peaceful and perfect, and the staff were helpful, really enjoyed the favourable location right by good restaurant, tourist sites and public transport, the centre and Florence for a budget visit...

Free high speed wifi Internet! Very friendly hotel staff. Big room (around 20m2). Breakfast in bed. Only 15 minutes walking from Firenze center. Check in very early at 11:00 AM.

Parking is available on the street in front of hotel, but is very expensive (€2 p.h.) and very difficult to find a spot. Toilet is shared (but was very very clean though).

host and hostess are very nice and will pick you up when you arrive. Shower is available in the room. host will clean the room everyday.Great breakfast.

host also live in the house so no public space.no private Toilet.The price is a little high .

The staff were really nice and knowledgeable about their responsibilities. the room was affordable and modern, with a walk-in shower and bath sheets provided. the room faced the city, offering a nice view.

It is located on the 3rd floor without lift. My partner has a bad back and was terrible carting 2 bags. The staff remind us without asking more than 3 times that the check out was at 10 am! Like they only wanted our money anf get rid off us even before the night finished. The woman was so ryde when I asked about the lift. Tv so small. The shower was "dripping" no water pressure at all. I won't recommend this place.

We booked a nice size and cheap room with private bathroom. The stuff and the owner where all affable and excellent...

The venue was peaceful and perfect. I liked the stay and the location was unbeatable just next door to Piazza Della Liberta. - Near to the city centre and Piazzale Michelangelo. - the personnel was helpful and excellent, and the host too. - I had a really good experience and would definitely book again.

We had a large room but for a 4star rating we would expect things like aircon to be up on the wall,not a unit on the floor that blows on you.There is no lift and dragging heavy bags up 39 steps is a big effort.I dont know how elderley people would manage. There was no offer of help to get them downstairs or up which was sorely needed.Everything else was fine and the husband and wife were lovely.

The owners were very friendly and really helpful and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was fine, the room, though very basic, was clean and tidy, and we did enjoy our stay.

The room decor & furnishing was was very basic and needs updating. The tiny little tv, perched 8ft up in the corner was very difficult to see. Guests should know there are 2 flights of narrow stone stairs (and no lift) to reach the accomodation.

that was lovely welcoming and perfect hotel set in nice enough area, right by central market, the central square near the train station and good restaurant, tourist sites and public transport.
